We’re hiring
Natural Wine Shop and Bar is seeking a passionate Bottle Shop Coordinator/Bartender/all-rounder to join the team in Burringbar three days per week. Starting Thursdays (11am-7pm) in our shop and, Fridays & Saturdays in the shop and our new small bar (11am-usually8.30/9pm, sometimes 10/11pm for events).

Must be available over the PEAK period as defined in our Terms & Conditions and willing to take mandatory leave for two weeks mid July.
Work amongst a fantastic community and surround your self with hospo experts;
Get some nights back. Our shop shuts at 7pm; bar shuts at 9-11pm.
Work outside the busy Byron Bay (avoid sitting in daily Byron traffic);
Combine retail, hospitality and bar experience;
Small country town vibes
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Meeting sales targets;
Coordinate the daily operations of the Bottleshop;
Ensure order quantities are determined and adequate stock levels are maintained for stock;
Merchandising to the highest standard;
Order and control packaging materials;
Bar / cocktail making;
Front of house service;
Minimal food prep and service;
Admin: Accounting, marketing, Socials
You must:
LOVE wine
Enjoy doing admin tasks between sales and service
To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following selection criteria:
3+ years of experience in a similar role;
A strong background in natural wine and beverages, and retail and/or hospitality;
Demonstrated ability in following written procedures
An eye for detail, with the ability to problem-solve.
