Terms of service.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
By making a reservation at Natural Wine Bar, you agree to the following terms:
1. ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time. Tables may be released after this period to accommodate waiting guests.
2. BOOKING DURATION: Standard bookings are allocated 2 hours. Please contact us directly for extended bookings.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of $25 per person.
4. FINAL NUMBERS: We require confirmation of your final guest count at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
5. MINIMUM SPEND: A minimum spend may apply for certain tables or large groups.
6. VENUE POLICIES:
• No minors/under 18s permitted on premises
• No BYO food or beverages
• Dress code: Smart casual (no sportswear after 6pm)
7. SERVICE TYPES:
• DIY Experience (Thursday & Sunday evenings): Self-service bar concept
• Full Service (Friday & Saturday evenings): Complete table service
8. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Please inform us of any allergies or special requirements when booking.
9. RIGHT TO REFUSE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms or behaves in a disruptive manner.

10. You can bring your own cake for special occasions. We charge a $5 per person cakage fee based on your total booking size to cover cake preparation, cutting, and plating service.
11. Definitions of PEAK, SHOULDER & OFF-PEAK Periods:
PEAK:
January, April, November, and December and every day 7 days either side of a Public holiday in NSW & QLD, and all public school holidays in NSW & QLD.
SHOULDER:
March (excl. Easter), July, September, October.
OFF-PEAK:
February, May, June, August.

Summer Holidays (December-January)
NSW: Summer vacation begins around December 20 and ends in late January (about 6 weeks)
QLD: The end of year holidays begin around December 15 and last until late January
Autumn/Easter Holidays (March-April)
NSW: Approximately 2 weeks in April, often aligned with Easter
QLD: Queensland ties school holidays closely to Easter
Winter Holidays (June-July)
NSW: Approximately 2 weeks in July
QLD: From late June to mid-July (typically 2 weeks)
Spring Holidays (September-October)
NSW: Approximately 2 weeks in late September to early October
QLD: From late September to early October (about 2 weeks)
