Wine with a conscience. At Burringbar’s Natural Wine Shop & Bar, sommelier Bron Harrison pours drops from Indigenous and artisan winemakers, each glass a story of land and culture. Chef Daniela Maiorano layers Mediterranean small plates — marinated olives, ribbons of prosciutto, and creamy local cheese — to amplify the flavours. Between sips, you’ll hear how soil, climate and tradition shape a bottle’s soul. This tasting is less a flight, more a philosophy: wine as heritage, poured with care.
