Event Two

Catia is from Treviso just north of Venice. She enjoys cooking with ingredients that compliment each other and allow the flavour of each ingredient to shine. “My biggest influence is definitely my Mamma Adriana, who showed me how to prepare traditional dishes from our region. This is why I love cooking with and eating food with simple flavours that remind me of where I come from.”

Catia will be cooking Polpette (meatballs) & Caponata (vego).
