Natural Wine Bar in Burringbar, NSW is offering talented chefs the chance to take complete creative control of their intimate venue for a night, a weekend, a month, or an entire season. This is your kitchen, your menu, your rules—with none of the six-figure risk of opening your own restaurant. Keep 100% of your food revenue, build your own brand, test your concept, and finally cook the food you're passionate about.

  • We have seating for 36 seated guests (two sitting = 72 tickets) with potential for up to two sittings per day on weekends.

    Our intimate neighbourhood venue has a loyal customer base including town locals and neighbouring towns, who appreciates quality food and drink offerings, creating an ideal platform for showcasing your culinary talent.

  • Should you wish to do roaming nibbles, we can accommodate 42 standing per sitting (84 tickets) with potential for up to two sittings per day on weekends.

  • We have, on average, over 500 people per day on the local rail trail visiting Burringbar. This is the average, so there is more on weekends.

  • We offer a light kitchen setup which includes:

    • 3 x induction cookers

    • Basic prep space (seperate to behind bar)

    • 1 x Refrigeration storage

    • 1 x Freezer storage

    • plates, cutlery, serving dishes, and basic serving equipment

    • Space suited for final assembly and simple cooking

  • Our space is a shared space. We have strict bump in and bump out procedures.
